To bring out the natural flavours of our fresh catches, the cooking has been simplified, allowing the zest and aroma of our seafoods to be the centrepiece of each dish. True to Mediterranean cuisines, each plate is rich in nuances and accents that round out the flavour profile of the dish, highlighting its natural taste.
